Use of Live Chat
Delaware VOCAL includes a live chat feature so that job seekers can reach out to staff for assistance. You may be asked to provide information such as your username, first and last name, or email address so that staff can assist you with your account. We will never ask for, nor should you ever provide, specific Personally Indefinable Information (PII) such as your Social Security number or date of birth.
